At Senior Life Care Planning, LLC we are dedicated to giving your clients the power to be informed individuals and to give them peace of mind. We provide strategies to protect the client’s home and assets and independence in times of great need. We understand the emotional burden confusion anger hopelessness and sense of injustice fear and loneliness that come with long-term disability and end-of-life issues. Every day we help and support families and individuals who are in crisis. We work with our clients to provide peace of mind and quality of life.

Like traditional elder law practices, we help families make immediate arrangements, for long-term care, to protect an elder’s health, safety and assets. However, we also help our clients locate and pay for the right care. But we also offer much more.

First, we offer care coordination and support to families whose elderly loved ones are still living at home or with family. Our on-staff locate and coordinate needed care government and community services education and serve as the elder’s advocate. This lightens the load for family caregivers, improves the elder’s quality of life and can even postpone the need for nursing home care.

Second, while the elder is still living at home or with family, we develop a plan including: legal financial health care housing and long-term care issues. If the elder’s condition deteriorates, and home care is practical or affordable, then the family has a plan to locate and pay for required care. Best of all, the family avoids the crisis that occurs when they have to make last-minute arrangements for an elder’s care.

Third, when the elder is in a nursing home, our care coordinators visit regularly to provide companionship, monitor quality of care and provide advocacy as needed. If problems occur, with a care facility, we resolve them as quickly as possible. This provides reassurance to family members—near and far—that the elder will enjoy, the highest quality of life, until the end of life.
