Seon & Associates is a boutique legal practice comprising two Attorneys-at-law and a non-resident consultant.The firm specializes in a general civil practice involving a wide range of corporate and commercial matters for local, regional, and international corporate clients. We have networked with regional and international law firms, on a number of major acquisitions and mergers in the Caribbean and internationally.
We assist clients in planning, negotiating and executing agreements with the Government on project investments. Services include incorporation of companies, registration of external companies, corporate secretarial services, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
We regularly represent financial institutions, and advise clients on financial security documents, such as mortgages, debentures, bills of sale, bonds, mortgage of shares, loan agreements, and other related equity and debt financing security documentation.
