Shah & Associates has a substantial creditors rights and bankruptcy practice, representing secured and unsecured creditors in all courts in which our attorneys are admitted or are permitted to practice by the court. The Attorneys at Shah & Associates use their knowledge of finance documentation and credit policies to advance our clients interests and secure adequate protection or recovery of their collateral and the appropriate treatment of their claims. The firm also represents client’s interests in bankruptcy matters, such as trustees, creditor committees, debtors, and defendants in adversary proceedings.
