- Litigation and Arbitration

Our firm's core practice is civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation and arbitration of business disputes involving intellectual property, securities, antitrust and matters of corporate governance. Our Firm's founding attorney, Rajan Sharma, has nearly a decade of experience in international law and litigation, and has the training and skills necessary to handle the unique dimensions of international litigation and effectively represent clients in cross-border disputes.
