Our experienced attorneys represent clients before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Department of State (DOS). Our services include assisting clients in obtaining nonimmigrant visas (i.e., B, H-1B, H-2, K, L-1, O, P, R), immigrant visas - green cards (family and employment based), PERM Labor Certification, asylum, citizenship through naturalization, and defense from deportation removal before the Immigration Court (EOIR).Certification as an Immigration Specialist is not currently available in Tennessee. Siskind Susser limits its practice strictly to immigration law, a Federal practice area, and we do not claim expertise in the laws of states other than where our attorneys are licensed.
