Both attorneys are long-time members of the Ethics Committee of the Colorado Bar Association. Both are available to provide expert witness services.

Doug Foote is a past chair of the Ethics Committee, as well as Chair of the Multidisciplinary and Multijurisdictional Practice Task Force of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. Having served as inside general counsel to both public and private companies and as outside general counsel to businesses, Doug is well positioned to consult and advise on the often complex situations particularly affecting in-house corporate counsel.
