The Studio Legale Ferraro has in Italy two offices (in Tuscany), one in Florence, the other one in Grosseto.

The Law firm is "networked" in other Italian towns, like Trieste and Rome (or Milan).

The main issue is to complete the legal service with a constant attention to the most important theoretical questions, that bring the Law Office to maintain a relationship with the University and the related initiatives and that allow therefore to be "updated" about the most recent developments in the fields where the indicated Offices exercise their activity.

All the Lawyers and the collaborators have a background that has implied (or implies) an activity in the University in the different forms as "researchers" and that has brought to work to important projects with Italian and European Universities or with Public Administrations (also at the European level).

The Law Office addresses its activity to the (legal or physical persons) with enterprise's activity and works (also in the perspective of the European Union's Law) in the field of the: corporate and commercial law (for example, constitution of companies or merger and acquisitions); fiscal and tax law (also with support and tax business plans for corporate companies);
administrative and public law (for example, with reference to the competition law in the European perspective, to the public contracts and to the public services) and navigation law; civil law (in particular, with reference to the real estate).

Almost all the persons of the Law Office have also a Phd.

Studio Legale Ferraro is then well "networked" in Europe, in particular, in Uk and in London.
