Fees and Billing:

Our fees are commensurate with the quality of service rendered. They are however competitive and reflect the nature or complexity of the instructions; the value, the time required to deliver, the efforts necessary to give our standard top quality service as well as the worth of competing potential brief which we may have to forgo.

Fees may be denominated in local or foreign currencies as circumstances warrant. In case of joint briefs with partner firms we may advise composite fees.

In litigation or long gestation briefs, it is usual for us to agree fee payment terms structured in three stages of 50%, 25% and 25% at commencement, mid way and upon completion of instructions.

While we do not accept contingency fees in deference to applicable professional ethics, we sometimes negotiate fees tied to quality and pre-determined performance benchmarks agreed with clients. And in case of long standing clients, flexible payments terms can be structured for mutual benefits.
