Our main roles basically related in preparing the legal structure regarding the coal mining project in Kalimantan and Sumatra as well as preparing contracts and scheme for the international transactions regarding coal trading.

In facing the new era of information and technology, our firm has also been appointed by clients either public or local companies in many transactions related to the development of information and technology such as : E commerce transactions, technology and mobile platform cooperation. We have delivered our legal services to our client such as legal research and legal advisory to support their business in this field.

Currently our firm is managed by professional lawyers who have extensive working experience as in house legal counsel and corporate lawyers in bank and financial industry, technology, internet, media, foreign capital investment and others. Our lawyers have been involved in complex transaction of debt and corporate restructuring, investment banking, corporate finance, asset disposal, merger and acquisition, joint venture agreement, initial public offering (IPO), tender offer, Project Finance especially for natural resources project such as coal mining project.

Beside of its services to provide the legal assistance to the clients, TILA & Partners has a senior partner who is in charge in rendering the debt restructuring, business advisory and financial consultancy where he worked with Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency as the Team Leader for 4 years. He also handles and renders business structure in many coal trading transactions and project finance in coal mining project in Kalimantan.
