Mr. Ribaudo's extensive experience includes invalidating a criminal registration statute defending a six-figure punitive damages award on appeal working on death-penalty habeas cases in federal court and writing an amicus curiae brief for the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of Missouri and twenty other states.
