The Thompson Law Firm is a small, family-oriented legal practice in the Houston area. We handle cases in the fields of family law, personal injury, wills and probate, criminal defense, and more. We are a family owned and operated, law firm with two generations of legal experience.

Because we are a small law firm, we offer close, personal attention and support to all of our clients. Bigger, high-volume law firms cannot match the services of a small firm. Attorney Jack Thompson has been practicing law since 1968. He practices criminal defense and civil law with a particular emphasis on real estate, family law, wills, estates, probate, bankruptcy, personal injury, and general business law. He is licensed to practice in all courts in Texas, as well as in United States District Court, the Southern District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Attorney Travis Thompson has been practicing law since 1990. He has extensive experience in family law, having handled matters involving adoption, child custody and child support, divorce, paternity proceedings, and more. Travis Thompson is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in the field of Family Law. In addition to his expertise in family law, Travis Thompson is available to handle his client's estate planning needs and other civil matters.
