Law Firm Overview
Tico y Luna-Lucio is formed by a group of lawyers specialized in diverse areas of law, whose trajectory represents more than 25 years working in recognized law firms and companies with national and international presence, who, motivated by providing high-quality, multidisciplinary legal services and under a corporate approach, decided to create LTL through the sum of their experiences to offer to its clients preventive and corrective strategies, as well as opportune solutions, by means of a thorough analysis of their needs, always aware of the importance of business relationships, and if applicable, its international projection, considering the challenges that this presents to companies in the development of their activities. The firm offers the efficient protection of legal and economic interests of our clients, with strict ethic standards, reason for which, the cases assigned to LTL are taken care of directly by professionals that are sufficiently qualified and have the necessary experience to generate concrete solutions according to our clients specific circumstances, which deep understanding they assume as an obligation.
LTL has as purpose that the assessment and representation of its clients, whether individuals, national and international companies, as well as small and medium companies “PYMES”, is undertaken with excellence and quality, with competitive fees without undermining the quality of the services that have been provided in its trajectory to the most important companies in Mexico and abroad.
To LTL, thoroughly knowing the businesses of our clients from the economic, accounting, operational and administrative point of view, allows to implement integral strategies and solutions, by means of an adequate selection and application of the legal instruments and institutions that will best accomplish their purposes.
Providing legal services by LTL often begins when our lawyers help clients to select the appropriate strategy to incorporate or organize their business, taking into consideration tax and regulatory involvements. Once the form of organization has been selected, our law firm is required to continue with the legal assessment linked to the specific activity of each client.
For companies already incorporated or formally operational, LTL offers solid experience practically in all areas of law. Our law firm usually begins its legal assessment through a system called Project Management, by which all the backgrounds, options and possible solutions are exposed. This scheme not only allows us to transmit in a direct and structured form the legal needs of the client, but also to communicate with our clients in a same language, the language of businesses.
Lately, Mexico has been strongly influenced by the Anglo-Saxon legal system, particularly by the execution and implementation of the North America Free Trade Agreement. Therefore, several legal foreign institutions have incorporated into the Mexican legal system for which the knowledge and operation of such figures in international markets is of special importance to understand the impact in the daily business life in Mexico and its homologation by our laws, as well as its application and interpretation by the Judiciary System. LTL has made a particular interest in studying and analyzing Anglo-Saxon legal figures in order to be able to integrally assess, in its correct appreciation, interpretation and execution, both private and public sectors.
