Profaci received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Brown University in 1982, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. Mr. Profaci was also the recipient of the prestigious American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in contracts law. Mr. Profaci is admitted to practice before all state and federal court in the States of Florida and New Jersey, as well as all state courts in New York.
