Sean earned his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Staff of the Creighton Law Review. While attending law school, he clerked for the Nebraska Attorney General's Office in Lincoln, Nebraska and the well-established law firm of Gallup & Schaefer in Omaha, Nebraska. Before embarking on his legal career, Sean graduated cum laude from Westminster College and summa cum laude from Dixie State College of Utah, where he played on the Rebels' national championship runner-up baseball team.
