- Entertainment Law

- German and US Securities Law
Over the years, WINHELLER Attorneys at Law have advised numerous aggrieved institutional investors and high net-worth individuals on how to recover stock price losses suffered due to the fraudulent behavior of officers and directors of publicly traded companies and their auditors. We mainly represent our clients in German-style "class actions" before German courts.
