Weinhold Legal, founded in 1996, today has almost 50 lawyers in its Prague and Bratislava offices. The majority of the firm’s attorneys are Czech and Slovak qualified. The firm also has UK and German qualified lawyers together with a US qualified lawyer who is a member of the American Bar Association within which he has been appointed to the steering group of the International Arbitration Committee, vice-chair of the US Lawyers Practising Abroad Committee and vice-chair of the International Mediation Committee. Through a close relationship with colleagues in a significant number of foreign jurisdictions, including most of the European markets, the firm is capable of procuring international legal services at a consistently high level in all areas in which it is active.

Weinhold Legal has advised on many of the most significant transactions in the region. The firm has also assisted a large number of foreign investors (primarily from the US, UK, Germany and Japan) in establishing their business presence in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic and handling any subsequent corporate changes.
