Whiteaker & Wilson, P.C. is an experienced, dedicated law firm located in Springfield, Missouri. The firm was founded in 1996 by two of southern Missouri's most distinguished attorneys - Raymond E. Whiteaker and Richard K. Wilson.

They conceived a practice that would offer clients strong capabilities in a broad range of practice areas, including insurance defense, defense against criminal charges ranging from traffic tickets to white collar crimes, as well as selective personal injury representation. Central to their plan was providing a combination of experience and strong dedication to client interests, creating effective representation.

- Workers' Compensation

If you are injured on the job you may be entitled to Workers Compensation benefits. If your injury is work related, you are generally entitled to all of your medical being paid, time off from work and permanent partial disability or permanent total disability. A finding of Permanent Total disability would require the Employer to pay benefits for the remainder of the workers life. Since legislative changes that were made in August of 2005, it is now more difficult to obtain the Workers Compensation Benefits provided pursuant to the statute. With the new changes in place it is more necessary now than ever that when seriously injured on the job you seek legal representation to determine what your rights are and the most effective way to pursue them, whether it be for a one time accident or a repetitive/occupational disease.
