Yablonski, Costello & Leckie is a law firm founded by Kenneth J. Yablonski, who began the practice in 1961. There are currently seven attorneys in the office who handle legal matters in virtually all areas of law. The firm's main office is in Washington, Pennsylvania, with additional offices in California, Elizabeth and Erie.

We are a people oriented law firm. We don't represent large corporations, insurance companies or banks. We represent people. People who are injured, who buy homes, sign leases, obtain mortgages or have family law issues. Our primary focus is on workers' compensation, personal injury and employment. We are a full service law firm dedicated to you, our client.

Workers Compensation is an area of specialty in our firm. Since YCL was started in 1961 our Attorneys have been helping injured workers receive the benefits they are entitled to. We understand that a work injury can affect all aspects of your life and have a lasting impact. We work hard to address your individual concerns and will treat you with respect and understanding. We represent clients from their initial hearing in front of Workers Compensation Judges, to the Workers Compensation Appeal Board, the Commonwealth Court and even the Supreme Court when necessary. Our representation of clients has resulted in significant changes in Worker’s Compensation law. Most cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, which means that you will not pay counsel fees unless we are successful in getting you benefits or preventing the employer from stopping your benefits.
