- Administrative Law

This area of law deals with administrative decision-making, the role that government and citizens fulfill in this process and the disputes that arise from decisions once they have been taken.

- Banking Law

We provide services relating to commercial loan transactions from initial commitment to completion, including asset-based loans, acquisition financing, operating loans, construction, and project financing, joint venture financing. - Bankruptcy Law

We also support directors and supervisory directors during pre-insolvency situations. Furthermore we support transactions aimed at preventing insolvency risks and we act as court administrators during suspension of payments.
