Law Firm Overview

I am David G. Moore, Attorney at Law. I have been a practicing attorney for nearly 10 years. Before opening my own practice, I was a district attorney. My experience with both sides of the law provides an added advantage that I carry over many other Southwest Michigan attorneys.

I offer legal services to juveniles, college students and adults throughout Kalamazoo, including St. Joseph County, Cass County and Van Buren County, who have been charged with criminal misdemeanors such as DUI, OUIL or OWI or MIP, domestic violence, traffic offenses or other misdemeanors. I also help clients who have lost their driver's privileges navigate through the secretary of state's administrative maze and restore their licenses.

A large part of my criminal defense work involves defending clients against serious felony charges such as repeat offenses for drunk driving, murder, weapons crimes, drug crimes and sex crimes.

My personal injury practice centers on helping accident victims recover compensation for auto accidents, professional negligence, slip and fall injuries, dog bites and workers' compensation. In the area of business litigation, the firm helps clients resolve contract disputes and business disputes, including breach of contract and contract enforcement.
