• Domain Name Disputes are a subset of commercial litigation which can take place via two different forums: Arbitration via ICANN’s Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or traditional litigation in Federal District Court via the US Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act.

• Internet Defamation actions help protect clients’ reputations, goodwill and identities.
