We are, in many ways, our clients' "outsourced" legal department. We assist in corporate and commercial matters from contract negotiations to the winding down of the business.

The area of human resource and industrial relations require specific attention and support. Our clients are almost always the employer, some of whom are small to medium and several others who are large with a work force exceeding 1,000 employees.

We handle a host of matters relating to conflict and disputes, debt collection and recovery proceedings, enforcement and foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy or winding up proceedings, general trade disputes and other forms of corporate and civil litigation.
