- Banking & Finance

A major component of the Firm’s banking practice consists of advising lending institutions in financing domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and equity investments. Jurvneshservice’s trademark attorneys represent clients in all facets of trademark law, counseling clients from the moment they begin to develop a product or service that requires trademark identification, through the processes of clearance, registration and protection. The firm’s attorneys are experienced in evaluating information obtained from these sources as well as from traditional trademark search firms and guiding clients with opinions as to availability of trademark and service mark adoption and use, and registration. * Work Permits for Foreigners

In Ukraine it is permissible to employ a foreigner who holds a special permit for such employment. Ukrainian laws stipulate that the employer but not the employee should apply for a work permit. Jurvneshservice’s attorneys draft all necessary documents to receive necessary permits or prolong it for the next term at the State Centre of Employment at the Ministry for Labor of Ukraine or at its corresponding local center all over the Ukraine.
