Ana M. Mencini (Mendez) is the daughter of an immigrant who came to the United States and overcame many of the same challenges that our clients face today. We understand the frustration clients face with the overwhelming and lengthy immigration visa application process. We also understand how critically important immigration issues are to our clients whether it be an employment or family based petition.

We are committed to meeting all of the legal needs of our clients ranging from obtaining visas, to changing visa status, and proceeding through the naturalization process. In addition, we are able to help these clients and other clients with issues ranging from real estate and business law to estate planning and family law.

We understand that legal services can be expensive. We are able to assist clients who are eligible under the federal poverty level guidelines by charging for services on a sliding scale. In addition, our office continues to accept community pro bono immigration cases from accredited organizations, as well as immigration referral cases from other attorneys.

*Family Visa
Although the immigration process may seem overwhelming, the law office of Ana M. Mencini & Associates, P.C. has the experience and compassion to help. Ana M. We want to help you come to the United States legally to be with your family.

*Employment Visas

We help foreign employees complete immigrant employment visa applications and proceed through the immigration process.

*H-1B Visas
At the law office of Ana M. Mencini & Associates, P.C., a large part of our employment immigration practice consists of helping qualified workers apply for the H-1B work visa. This is a nonimmigrant visa which allows a professional worker to be employed temporarily in the United States.

*L Visas
Depending on the U.S. affiliations of your company, you may be eligible to enter the United States temporarily to work under an L visa. If your company has a subsidiary or affiliate or branch office in the U.S., you may be eligible to qualify for an L work visa, also called the sister company visa.

*E Visas
E visas are specialized temporary work visas that are only available to nationals (citizens) of countries that have commercial treaties with the United States. If you want to invest in a venture in the U.S. or conduct trade with a subsidiary in the U.S., you may be eligible for an E visa.

*Deportation and Removal
Once removed or deported from the country, you must wait at least 10 years before the United States will allow you to return with a new visa.
