Car & Truck Accidents
Severe physical injuries and property damage are often the result of a collision between a car and another motor vehicle, pedestrian, or object such as a fence or tree. Commercial truck or eighteen-wheeler accidents are similar in nature, but may cause even more damage because of their increased size and weight. If the car or truck accident occurred due to the negligence of another, the victim may be able to recover damages for things such as medical bills, past and future wages, property damage, and pain and suffering.

Slip & Fall Injuries
Slip and fall injuries can occur on public or private property and are generally caused by unsafe situations such as a loose handrail, torn carpeting, or a wet floor. Heart patients who suffered a heart attack or cardiac arrest in a public place with no AED on site may be entitled to compensation.

Amusement Park Injuries
