The firm has experience in representing various Government of Guam agencies including the Port Authority of Guam, the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority, the Guam Visitors Bureau, the Chamorro Land Trust Commission, the Department of Administration, the Office of the Public Auditor, the Guam Ancestral Lands Commission, and the former Guam Telephone Authority. In addition, members of the Firm have represented clients at administrative proceedings before various government agencies.

Members of the firm have been involved in major civil and criminal trials for the past twenty years, including lawsuits involving Hyatt Corporation, Korean Airlines, the Hillblom Estate, Tower Development Corp., Guam Cable TV, and other entities and individuals such as insurance companies, major international law firms, and former high ranking public officials of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. For example, in the Hillblom estate matter, Attorney Lujan single-handedly went up against dozens of U.S. and international law firms and business entities and hundreds of attorneys to obtain huge multi-million dollar benefits for one of the heirs to the Larry Hillblom estate. His tremendous success in that matter earned him worldwide acclaim, and was the subject of major articles in GQ magazine and the California Lawyer. In other cases, Attorney Lujan has obtained some of the highest verdict awards in Guam's history.
