Where possible, our firm weighs the advantages of arbitration and mediation as a practical, less costly means to settle commercial disputes. If alternative dispute resolution is not a viable option, attorney Robert Mullins, known for assertive trial work, represents clients in federal court and the state courts of Georgia and South Carolina.
Our goal is always to deliver the highest quality legal services for our clients and their businesses in the most cost effective and timely manner possible.
At the Mullins Law Firm, we get to know our clients on a first name basis. While you will find expertise and professionalism that matches any large firm, you will also receive close, personalized attention characteristic of smaller offices. Our goal is not to represent our clients in only one transaction, but rather to build long-term relationships.
