Attorneys Robert and Susan Rosen left the security of working in a large corporate firm to set up this law firm — a firm where they could take fewer cases, where they would have the time to give each case more time and attention, and where they could take a hands-on approach to working with clients.

Attorney Susan Rosen won a $7,000,000 verdict in Greenville County, one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts ever awarded in South Carolina. The verdict was later reduced to $3,500,000 due to a finding of the plaintiff's contributory negligence. Robert Rosen, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, is the author of six books, numerous articles, and a frequent lecturer on family law issues for legal education programs. Both Susan and Robert Rosen have been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® reference guide and each has received an AV® Rating* under Martindale-Hubbell's peer-review rating system.
