* Trademarks & Designs

At Süle Law Firm, our lawyers handle European (Community) trademarks (CTMs), international registrations and national trademarks on a daily basis. We are available for both contentious and non-contentious work, since our attorneys are qualified lawyers who handle infringement issues as well. We also offer filing and enforcement services with respect to designs, registered Community designs (RCDs), international designs and advise on novelty issues and on Unregistered Community Designs (UCDs).

* Data Privacy

Süle Law Firm is available for consultation and legal advice in data protection and freedom of information compliance issues.
