It is important that a client be informed up front of our hourly billing rates and be given an estimate of the approximate number of hours it will take to complete an engagement. We will, in appropriate cases, "cap" an engagement so that legal fees will be lesser of the attorney's hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours spent, or the agreed upon "cap".
