• Probate

Probate is defined as the process that transfers legal title of property from the estate of the person who has died. Probate can be complicated if you are unfamiliar with Nevada law. At Trent, Tyrell & Associates, our Las Vegas probate attorneys have experience with all aspects of probate. We can also help clients with non-probate transfers involving life insurance, annuities, qualified retirement plans, and trust assets of the deceased. In many instances, the initiation of a formal probate proceeding may not be necessary. For example, when family members survive the death of a loved one whose assets do not exceed $100,000, our firm may be able to assist in setting aside the assets of the estate to a surviving spouse and/or minor children in just a few weeks without the delay and expense associated with administrations involving larger estates.
