Weinhold Legal was established in 1996 and today has more than 40 lawyers in its Prague and Bratislava offices. The majority of the firm’s attorneys are Czech and Slovak qualified. The firm also has UK and German qualified lawyers together with a US qualified lawyer who is a member of the American Bar Association within which he has been appointed to the steering group of the International Arbitration Committee, vice-chair of the US Lawyers Practicing Abroad Committee and vice-chair of the International Mediation Committee. Through a close relationship with colleagues in a significant number of foreign jurisdictions, including most of the European markets, the firm is capable of procuring international legal services at a consistently high level in all areas in which it is active.
