HG.org provides a great opportunity to use social networking sites to your advantage with your Premium Listing. We allow you and others to recommend, share and comment on your listing with Google+1 Local Button, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. For an overview on why social media sites are a "must have" for law firms, see Social Media Sites for Promoting Law Firms.
Google+1 Local Button
This feature allows people with Google profiles to publicly recommend sites and webpages they like.
To take advantage of this great new feature you must first establish a public Google profile visible to anyone. A tab on your Google profile is created for your +1 selections, which you can either display to all or maintain privately for your own use.
Google allows you to set preferences for contacts in your Gmail list, your Google Talk list and those you follow in Google Reader and Google Buzz for your +1 recommendations.
Now you, your co-workers, clients, family, friends and more can visit your Premium listing on HG.org and click the Google+ button to recommend it to many others. If you don’t have a Google Account yet, you can visit New Google Account to create one and start taking advantage of the Google+ feature on HG.org right away to bring even more visibility to your Premium listing and your law firm.
If you already have a Twitter account, you can follow HG.org.

Whoever visits your listing and selects this button can post a link to it on their Facebook Wall.
