Your job listings will be posted on our Legal Jobs Directory in our Legal Employment Center. Job seekers can review job ads sorted by city, by state, and/or by country. They can also use our search engine tool to search by Position, Country, State/Province and City.

Register your Law Firm or Organization and Post your Legal Employment Ad(s)

To post your initial employment ad on our legal directory, you must first create an account for your firm or organization by registering. Register your law firm here. This will allow you to create a Free Basic listing or a paid Premium listing. (See Compare Basic and Premium Listing Features.) You may then post your ads from your HG.org legal directory account. To access your account, Log in.

If your company or organization is not a law firm, you may register here. Complete the Employer/Recruiter Registration form by entering all the mandatory information and selecting the Save this Form button. Submission of your company's logo is optional. Your account will be created automatically and you may then submit your legal employment ad(s) from your account. You can also update and manage your ads and your company's profile easily from your free employment account. Simply Sign in to access your account.

Specific areas your listing will cover include:

  1. Job Title - You may create a title for your job listing.
  2. Job Type- i.e., Contract, Temporary, Full-Time, Part-Time, etc.
  3. Position - i.e., Lawyer, Paralegal, Court Reporter, etc.
  4. Job Location - City, State, Country
  5. Job Summary - You may include a summary of the company/job opening (600 characters max).
  6. Job Description - Describe the position for which you are seeking a potential candidate (2500 characters max).
  7. Date Job Posted.
  8. Job Reference number - You can create your own reference number.
  9. Job Requirements - List educational requirement; required months - years of experience; specific license requirements; any applicable language(s) requirements.
  10. Qualifications Summary - Provide a summary (500 characters max) of the qualifications you require for your job opening.
  11. Profile - Include a description with detailed job
    requirement (2000 characters max).
  12. Application Instructions - Describe how you would like the job applicants to apply for the position and how you prefer that they contact you or your organization regarding the position (1000 characters max).
  13. Employer Info - Company/Firm Name; Industry; Employer Description.
  14. Employer/Law Firm/Recruiter links - website address, Employment Web Page and HG.org listing.
