Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in case management throughout all stages. Responsibilities of this position will include maintaining and preparing for depositions, drafting discovery responses, trial preparation, witness files, deposition logs and trial exhibit lists. Preparation of documents for production and for filings and services. Candidates should have a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent. A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved school or equivalent experience is required. Must have strong expertise in litigation. 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required. Must have excellent organizational skills, have mastered Excel, a superior attention to detail, the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment, and work with a wide range of constituencies in a polite, professional manner. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential. Strong time management skills are necessary. Must have strong knowledge of LexisNexis, CaseMap and e-Discovery. Relativity knowledge is preferred. l
