Trusts and Estates Attorney The candidate will join the trusts and estates practice. Intermediate or more experience in the fields of trust and estate planning and administration and transfer tax (estate and gift) is required. Entails research and drafting estate and tax planning documents, such as revocable trusts, wills, and irrevocable trusts of all types, and estate and trust administration, including research and preparation of gift and estate tax returns. Must be admitted to the New York Bar. Admission to the Florida Bar is preferable. Some surrogate s court litigation experience is preferable. Good writing and organizational skills are required. Must have a strong desire to join a team to enhance and further develop an estate and trust practice across a statewide platform will be required. Some travel may be required.
