Patent Attorney The candidate should be registered to practice before the USPTO. Degree in mechanical arts is required. Advanced degree in textile technology is preferred. Should have 3-5 years experience in patent preparation and prosecution and client counseling in mechanical arts. Experience with industrial textiles is desired. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must have excellent organization skills, having the ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
