Subrogation And Global Insurance Paralegal The candidate will support three attorneys in our Subrogation and Global Insurance practices. A four year college degree and/or paralegal certificate is required. Should have 2+ years litigation experience with knowledge/experience with Georgia state and federal courts and e-filings. Responsibilities include document management (including to review of documents, bates labeling, organization of documents and drafting of summaries), drafting/compiling information for discovery responses/pleadings/motions, assisting in coordinating scene examinations, witness investigation and trial preparation. Must be flexible with scheduling requests to attend out-of-town trials and inspections on short notice. Should excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong computer skills.
