Buffalo office seeks trusts and estates attorney having intermediate-level or more experience in the field of trust and estate planning and administration and transfer tax (estate and gift). The candidate will be responsible for research and drafting estate and tax planning documents, such as revocable trusts, wills, and irrevocable trusts of all types, and estate and trust administration, including research and preparation of gift and estate tax returns. Some surrogate's court litigation experience is preferable. Must be admitted to the New York Bar. Admission to the Florida Bar is preferable. Travel between offices is required.
