A working knowledge of California Civil Procedure is a must. Experience in drafting and responding to discovery of all kinds and ability to use Lexis-Nexis for legal research is also required. Competence in legal writing including the drafting of various motions and pleadings is another must. A cover letter and resume are required for any applicant. A writing sample is a plus. Compensation will be commiserate with experience. Position includes medical and 401k benefits.
