Attorney’s Profile

Adam Foggia was born and raised in Ocean Township, New Jersey. He moved to North Carolina for college, graduating magna cum laude from Elon University in 2004 with bachelor’s degrees in both psychology and philosophy. He then attended the University of North Carolina, School of Law in Chapel Hill and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2008. Before joining HensonFuerst, Adam worked with UNC’s Criminal Justice Clinic to provide defense representation for juveniles in Orange and Durham Counties.
