Brendan is an associate with Wagner Sidlofsky LLP and a member of the firm’s Estate and Commercial Litigation Groups.He is building a practice in will challenges, commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and unjust enrichment claims.
Prior to joining Wagner Sidlofsky LLP, Brendan worked as an associate at a top Bay Street law firm, where he gained experience in commercial, defamation and Aboriginal litigation. He was also involved in the drafting of information technology and intellectual property agreements.
Brendan obtained his J.D. from the University of Toronto, his M.Sc. from Oxford University and his B.A. (honours) from the University of British Columbia. He worked as a research assistant for S.M. Waddams, updating The Law of Damages, and was the recipient of the 2009 J.S.D. Tory Fellowship Award for his publication on the economic torts.
