Harikannan Ragavan is a commended litigation lawyer specializing in the areas of Insurance matters and Medico-Legal practices, and is one of the founder and managing partner of Messrs Jayadeep, Hari & Jamil.Since being called to the Bar in 1994, Harikannan have devoted much of his time and efforts handling insurance related matters alongside the variety of other litigation matters which amongst others include: Industrial Relations matters, insurance claims, medical malpractice claims, construction claims and other general disputes.
Dedicated in character and driven by a passion for knowledge, Harikannan pursued a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) to complement his legal qualifications and experience. Graduating with distinctions in the Human Resource related papers, Harikannan found himself heading the Administrative & Human Resource Department of the Firm while also managing its’ rapidly growing litigation portfolio.
Years of experience in the legal field have seen Harikannan working with a clientele ranging from both the private and corporate front on various matters, including industrial relations disputes for government-link corporations as well as many multinational corporations. Harikannan have also presented various papers as a speaker for an array of Conferences over the years of practice.
Harikannan is passionately driven by the motto “We Care”, which is deeply enshrined into the core spirit of all the firm’s 5 offices nationwide.
