Helen obtained her Bachelor Degree in law (LLB) from the Zhengzhou University and Master Degree in Law (LLM) specializing in civil and commercial law from the Law School of Tsinghua University.Prior to joining our firm, Helen worked for two years as an in-house legal counsel in a BOT corporation which builds and operates expressways in PRC. She received training in infrastructure construction projects including contract drafting and project financing. Then she served in a domestic law firm focusing on the foreign enterprise and investment matters, especially on establishment, mergers and acquisitions and employment related issues.
In our firm, Helen specializes in PRC foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions and labour law matters.
Helen is fluent in English and Mandarin.
