Lorenzo Princivalle is one of the Firm’s founders. His practice areas are mainly commercial and corporate law and banking and finance law.He got his degree in law in 1993 and was admitted to the Italian bar in 1996.
For over 14 years he has been working as general counsel with companies operating in industrial and banking sector.
He set up Princivalle Apruzzi Danielli in 2009 and since then he has been advising companies both in Italy and abroad in national and international transactions.
In 2012, he qualified as a solicitor for England and Wales (non-practicing).
