Paul Keohane joined Stuarts Walker Hersant in 2012 where he is an Associate in the firm’s Investment Funds Team.Paul advises on all aspects of investment fund formation, including structuring and on-going advisory matters. Paul’s practice also covers advice in relation to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.
Paul joins Stuarts from the international law firm, Eversheds LLP, where he worked for 4 years in their Corporate Finance Team. During this time Paul gained broad experience in advising public and private companies on acquisitions, fundraisings, disposals, restructurings and general corporate governance. Paul regularly advised on transactions with a cross-border dimension, working with clients in Europe, Asia and North America.
Paul graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a Bachelor of Laws Honors degree (LL.B.) in 2002 and from Kings College London with a Master of Laws degree in Corporate and Commercial Law (LL.M.) in 2004.
Paul was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2007 (now non-practicing) and was admitted as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2012.
