Richard obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2004 and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham in 2006. He also completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong in 2007.Richard joined our firm in August 2010. Prior to that, he was trained in various corporate finance and securities matters including an initial public offering of a wooden accessories franchising company on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, secondary offerings, placing, notifiable and connected transactions, loan and security documentation, corporate restructuring and regulatory compliance matters.
In our firm, Richard assists in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities matters.
