The Roadmap to State and Private Exchanges
October 3, 2013
CLE - Live Webcast
USA
Description
Starting this fall, the State and Federal health insurance exchanges or marketplaces will open - dramatically changing how many Americans will obtain health insurance coverage. Our distinguished panel will discuss how the state and federal public exchanges will work, the coverages and federal subsidies available, and how the exchanges affect employers (i.e., the requirement to provide notice about the exchanges to employees, the employer shared responsibility penalty, reporting, and the Small Business Health Options Program). Our speakers will also discuss alternative private exchanges and how they may be used by employers to provide coverage to their employees and retirees and their related compliance issues.
