Description
4 1/2 day employment law training seminar approved for MCLE credit in most states. Divided into three "blocks" of instruction: Labor Law in the Union & Non-Union Workplace (Monday-Tuesday); Employment Discrimination Law (Wednesday-Thursday); Special Issues in Employment Law (Friday). Seminars are conducted nationwide. Each block has an experienced, highly rated attorney as the principal teaching resource.
Additional Information
IAML is an approved provider of MCLE by the State Bars of California and Pennsylvania, and this course is approved by many other states as well. The full 4 1/2 day seminar = 29.75 CLE credit hours. There are no pre-requisites to attend this seminar. Advance registration is required.
