This seminar will include an overview and update of Oregon and federal eminent domain and land valuation litigation, with emphasis on the impacts of the 2007 initiative (Ballot Measure 39) on eminent domain practice, appraisal standards (USPAP), and recent court decisions impacting state and federal eminent domain.
